The case of Private Manning is particularly interesting given the findings of the Senate Intelligence Committee’s recently-released report on “enhanced interrogation techniques,” more commonly known through the press as the “Torture Report.” Some 500+ pages of the report have been made public in an unsearchable, poorly-scanned PDF document, though a full edition is forthcoming from Melville House. There are hopes from some corners that the full report will be released in the very near future.
